Anti Aging

Its never too early or too late to start these anti-aging simple techniques. Start quickly to improve your youthful look.

Most of us take a stab at these simple anti-aging techniques from time to time, but actual results will be displayed if we make them a regular part of our routine.

And why not! Each of these techniques can be practised every day at home, and they are enjoyable.  Let me share with you right now:

1. Simple exercises

Environment, lifestyle, household and internal: The body is bombarded by daily pollution. These pollutants can lead to cell damage, such as a toxic environment inside of us.

Exercise can help to that burden. Exercise helps to lose weight, increase the production of endorphins (hormone of well-being), improve mental clarity and focus (more oxygen to the brain), increases immunity and strengthens muscles and bones.

Drilling of 30 minutes for a walk around the block. This simple routine will create a sparkle back in your eyes, a bounce back in your step, and the rosy color back in your cheeks, all of which make you look like a much younger version of yourself.

2. Meditation

Take time to get to the inner peace of self-focusing, its all about the body and mind connection. You can use your mind to change how the body responds to stimuli.

We notice that free radicals are responsible for the symptoms of aging and many diseases and ailments. Frequent and consistent meditation can reduce free radicals in your body by reducing stress.

Guru meditation? No, you do not need that as a guide . Just sit quietly, without disturbance, and focus on something pleasant and peaceful. Take a deep breath and relax. Do not think over your to-do list. Now is the time to send a sign to your body to thrash the stress away.

Allow yourself for 5, 10, or 15 minutes; whatever it takes to feel the calm wash over you, and the stress wash out of you.

3. Laughter

Famous people say that laughter is the best medicine, and I cant argue on that. Laugh is one of the most powerful things you can do to lift your mood.

The point here is you are using your face muscles in an uplifting way, instead of scowling or frowning. The more you laugh will get your face used to smiling, which will improve your looks..

There is some evidence that to indicate that even faking a smile will get pumped up the production of endorphins and the happy feelings.

Spend a few minutes to read comics or a funny story, watch your favorite movie. Or think of a family member or friend also can help a lot.

4. Proper eating habits

Eat only foods that your body needs not only speeds up the metabolism, but also help the body work more efficiently.

Select antioxidants-rich foods, healthy fats, lean protein, whole grains and lots of fruits and vegetables provide all you need to maintain healthy skin, bones and organs.

Eliminate any processed foods, which contain many artificial ingredients, refined sugar, and other non important things. The closer you stay to whole, natural foods, the better your skin will look and feel.

If your body is busy trying to get rid of the toxins that you just ate, it cant do a good job of getting the proper nutrients to your vital organs, including your skin and its supporting tissues.

5. Water water water

Instead of good food, you need a good and quality water . Hydration is necessary for the body. Dehydration is cannot be underestimated.

If your skin is dry, the whole body is dry. This means that your organ, including the brain, are not getting water they need to function.

Start your day with a glass of water. Have water at your side for the whole day. The fact is that if you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated, so the point here is to never get thirsty.

Every time you drink a glass of water, try to refill it. Your skin and body will thank you when you practise this regularly.

6. Daily Skin Care

Create a simple skin care routine in the morning and evening. Cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize your skin every day. Use a moisturizer with a sunscreen in the morning to protect the skin from harmful sun radiation.

Depending on the season and weather, it may be necessary to re-apply the sunscreen all day again. Outrageous cold weather will rob skin of moisture, so use a lotion that protects skin and provides additional moisturizing properties.

Night is your task to cleanse the skin again and add an enriching lotion to seal in your skins moisture. Lets treat your skin well and it will reward you with a soft, supple appearance.

7. Intimacy and Sex

Endorphins are released in many ways, like consume good food, laughter and exercise. The truth fact is sex and intimacy gets those endorphins moving too.

Sex and intimacy with your partner not only improve the relationship, but it can burn calories and build muscle. Many studies tell us that couples who have sex regularly are happier and less stressed.

You can hug with your mate, hunt around the room, laugh a lot, and also have a sex. All these intimacies get your blood pumping and gives the skin a beautiful sheen. You will not only look younger but feel younger, too.
